Remarks: We considered writing a detailed techinical description of this famous Kabuto. Then we realized that the best way to describe this magnificent Kabuto is to merely let the photos speak for themselves. This Kabuto was owned by a member of the famous Kuroda Clan. As verifed by an ancient Kuroda Clan scroll this Kabuto was actually worn in battle at Sekigahara. This item was purchased from a well known family collection in Japan and featured in the book "Spectacular Helmets of Japan". It was truly an honor to have been a temporary custodian of this historical piece.
