The sixty-two plate russet iron bowl, with standing rivet heads of shallow rounded points typical of this school, the mabisashi [peak] black lacquered, mounted with a six stagetehen kanamono [mount for the hole at the top], mayedate [fore crest] of gilded metal in the form of bamboo leaves, associated, with five lame hineno jikoro [neckguard] ofitamono [solid plates], laced in blue sugake odoshi [spaced lacing], the fukigaeshi [ear pieces] with gold lacquered ishidatami mon [crest] of the Tsuchiya daimyo family of Tsuchiura in Hitachi
